This location is right on the Greenpoint Water Front, just 3 blocks off the G train and a short walk to the East River Ferry. Built in the 1800’s, this landmark location was originally a steel rope factory and in 2011 the space was renovated to transform the interior into a flexible work space. This space offers an astounding collection of amenities and services, including a lounge area and a game room with a full sized pool table, a pro-Foosball table and a 60″ TV.

Our Backyard
The neighborhood of Greenpoint is located in the northernmost point of the Brooklyn borough. Originally farmland, and then quickly industrialized, this area is now home to dozens of shops and apartments, housing a large amount of businesses in its area. A popular place for filming because of its varied, beautiful architecture and little traffic and it’s nearness to the East River, it is not uncommon to see production companies filming various movies or television shows here.
