Private Office
A private office is comparable to a traditional office. It is yours for the duration of your time in a coworking space.
Hot Desk
A hot desk is an office desk that is not assigned to a specific person. Each day that you have a hot desk reserved, there will be a desk available to you, but which specific desk will be determined based only on what is available upon your arrival to the office.
Dedicated Desk
A dedicated desk is very similar to a hot desk, however, there is a specific desk reserved for you in the same location for the entirety of your time in a specific office.
Open Space
Open space is the location, in which a hot desk usually sits. However, the open space area could also be a lounge where you can go from your desk or office to relax, and have a coffee or just let loose a bit before heading back to work.
Day Pass
A day pass allows your usage of the office facilities and meeting rooms for a day without commitment or the purchase of a desk or office. Try out your coworking space and enjoy its amenities for a day before you commit.
Membership
Membership to a coworking space is much like a day pass, only it is for a longer period of time. Enjoy all of the great things about a coworking space without the commitment of an office. Memberships range from monthly membership to yearly membership.
Virtual Office
A virtual office gives you all of the perks of working in a coworking space, without actually working there. Think printing abilities, reserving meeting rooms, access to events, and much more. All of this without actually renting an office!
Meeting Room
Meeting rooms are the best way to make your dedicated or hot desk private. When your clients come to your office, reserve a meeting room, and enjoy the comfort and privacy that you would have in a traditional office. Meeting rooms are typically available for all sizes. From 4 people to 20 people, a meeting room can fit a large range of people. Additionally, many meeting rooms come equipped with projectors, T.V. screens, and many other gadgets that are helpful during a meeting.
Phone Booth
A phone booth is a luxury in some coworking spaces. Phone booths are similar to meeting rooms, only they are for one person, and act as a nice place for you to make a private phone call or have a phone meeting in the office.
Meeting Room Credit
Some coworking spaces offer “meeting room credit” or free use of the meeting rooms in the office, for those who book a certain type of office or desk, or for a certain amount of time.
