Our Midtown West center is situated in the heart of the Theatre District & Hell’s Kitchen. We are close to most subway lines including the C,E,N,Q,R, W, & 1 trains and just blocks from New York Port Authority & Penn Station. Our center encompasses the whole 3rd & 4th floor of our building, totaling over 10,000 SF. We are located at 353 West 48th Street (Between 8th & 9th) and offer 24/7 access to all our tenants. We offer extremely competitive rates and have packages starting as low as $450 for a 6 x 6 Cubicle and $590 for a single person office.
